Facility program operation review files, 1965-1991.

The series consists of draft and final program review reports, correspondence, and a variety of other program materials maintained by the Program Review Unit of the Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services on facilities providing substance abuse sevices. The files contain information about the operation and certification of certified, noncertified, and closed alcoholism facilities, alcoholism outpatient facilities, and community residences operating in hospitals or as regional or county programs.
